I doubt very much that this is a 100W unit. It throws a soft flood light that doesn't have a lot of reach. The unit is made of cheap plastic and presents as a cheap toy. I question whether the solar panel could ever charge anything. On the other hand, it throws light and it's ten bucks... what more can you expect.
