Initially the camera that was sent would not operate with a standard memory card. After I was sure it was the camera and not the card I contacted Banggod. I sent a video of the problem, and immediately was asked if could like to have a replacement. Of course I said yes, and less than two weeks later a new camera that worked was in my hands. New camera is exactly what I expected, and could not be happier with the service I was given. A+ for Banggood. I take one star for apparent poor quality check

This unit quit working after only a few minutes of recording. It also would not format a new 16 GB SD card. Seems the USB 2,0 data transfer cable is made of unobtanium.

La cámara hace mucho ruido al grabar, por lo que no vale, y me dicen que se la mande a china, me va a costar mas de lo que pague por ella.
