Le 14 aout 2020, j’achète deux préfiltres, je les reçois le 25 aout - Malheureusement, l’envoi a été endommagé ainsi qu’une des boites et un des préfiltres a disparu. Je contacte le service après-vente et signale cet incident. Je dois envoyer quelques preuves de cette perte, ce qui est normal. Le 07 septembre j’ai reçu l’article neuf et sans frais d’envoi en remplacement – c’est très rapide Bravo pour le service commercial avec lequel j’ai eu des échanges de mails courtois.
