As you can see from the picture, those cups are now bare metal in the one I received. It's not a major problem - a 35mm circle of 6mm ply glued to a magnet fixes it, and it's £20 cheaper than Rocklers, but be prepared to have to do a tiny modification when they arrive.

Solidly constructed piece of kit, which should perform the function it was designed for. As another reviewer mentioned, the attachment base(s) could do with a foot/ring of plastic or rubber to prevent marring the wood surfaces they are tightened against.
