Although everything with the purchase and delivery was great the general problem was with the pin layout attached to the cable. On one of the connectors I had to swap the positions of the yellow and green wires (GND and PWM) because the laser was not working. My motherboard on CNC 3018 is Woodpecker Camxtool V3.1. I hope it will help if someone has similar problems.

Good laser but I can't give full marks because it doesn't work with the 3018 out of the box even though it is listed as compatable. The 3 pin connector will put the 12V power from the control board to the TTL/PWM signal line for the laser. Be sure to check this before connecting and swap the 12V and signal lines if this is the case! Also you will most likely need to solder a 1K resistor between the TTL/PWM and GND line (pull TTL down) or else you will only get full power Laser and probably not be able to turn the laser off without cutting power...
