Packaging was adequate (no product damage), but as usual no instructions on construction, other than a circuit diagram for the Tesla coil (in CHINESE, LOL). My free product was NOT the 85cm one (barely 33 cm) but as a freebie I won't complain. The lights were bright and it will serve my purposes. On the whole I am pleased with the order and will consider purchasing again.
