Seem a good product, heat up very fast , quick dry effect, it has 3 drying speed in the same switch so very useful. The item arrived with package bit damaged but the content luckily was perfect . I noticed that is Less louder than other dryer so another good thing .Good value for the price , we will see how long lasting it will ,for now wife and daughter ( both with long hair ) are happy so finally was a good gift .

Even though the COVID period, my order arrived at the time that I chosed for shipment (in 14 days). The product is good. However, it is little noisy and the low mode is not working so I couldnt reduce the noise level. I chose EU Plug but the product came with US plug.
