Heat brake is not exactly a high quality item. The heat brake inner hole is drilled off the center slightly,most likely will not affect the performance but who knows for sure before i can assemble hot end and make a print test.

These are normal creality hotend throats. Quality seems good and they should work just fine. Little pricier than some other throats but otherwise ok..
