I have put this LED chip inside a big flood light fixture, housing a 250 watt high pressure lamp that died. Took out the internals, and replaced it with a BIG heat sing, screwed the LED chip on, using thermal paste. The light output is spectacular, gets close to what the 250w pressure lamp made. Let's see how long this COB lives, the (watertight) fixture sitting 8m heigh outside.
