This item arrived as part of an order of a bunch of similar items. The shipment all-in was terribly packaged (if you want to call it "packaged"). The entire shipment was sent in a big bag - as if there was a shortage of cardboard somewhere. As a result, the individual boxes all look kind of battered - not a great first impression.
