I have the 7.5 W version and I can charge the battery of my cell phone that has a 2100 mAh battery. When I tried with my phones that had a 2600 mAh and a 4850 mAh battery, it would not charge them. Maybe I should try charging them in airplane mode? According to the 2100 mAh phone's battery app, the maximum I can get with a bright sun is around 400 mW and the mean/average amount is 300 mW. I do the charging in my balcony, which is windowed. I wonder if the windows absorb some of the light power (they are not tinted). I give 4 stars, as this product does give charge output, but doesn't give much. I would use this panel to charge small cell phone batteries (around 2000 mAh) and lithium batteries etc.

Only just got to test it, but works great! Bright, desert sun had it charging a phone or USB battery (not at the same time, obviously) perfectly! Should've bought more than one. Recommended!!
