Just tried on an Arduino Nano and it works (using a 4050 level shifter). It looks like the screen has been salvaged somehow: it has scratches hidden beneath the screen protection sheet (so please leave it where it is, I've learned it the hard way). Doesn't work at 5V, the screen turns black. It works OK at 3.3 V. It draws 0.25 mA @3.3 V (without backlight), so it's suitable for low power projects. Easy to read without the backlight.
