I got this 11W UV lamp, but primary intention was to use it in dry area for sterilisation Covid-19. I was tested it, and lights with UV. The lamp have some metal drops inside. Water sealing is not well, parts are moving and I am not sure if submersion damage the lamp and electronic. I can recommend this product, but not for primary intention- submersible water sterilize. Maybe if you re-seal o-rings or whatever is sealing, then you can possibly used underwater.
