Very Good unit. Totally satisfied. Well made, all parts are SS and relatively easy to clean. The easy to adjust draft/vents are very effective in controlling fire temp. I have tried using "Korean style" with the "baking pan" and water in the moat and below the fire bowl. Well marinated (4+ hrs) with a spicy Korean mix, thin strips of pork and chicken both turned out great. Korean style, crispy and smokey. The " Stainless Steel mesh BBQ "Baking Grid" works well if you want a conventional BBQ. I ordered the small 35cm unit that works well for two people and is also very compact for camping. Note that the BBQ Grid - mesh is smaller than "Korean Baking Grid", the 35cm version BBQ mesh holds 3 burger patties max. If cooking for more than two I suggest the 40cm version.
