Really well imagined. I have used with avra/avrdude and Arduino Microcore. Care to re-#define the built-in led for blink etc. Also the jumper pins can all be opened for breakout (to mosfets, relays etc.) or clock in. I would not play too much with the fuses, as bricking the MPU will be painful. Roll back if any issues. Mine did not want to accept -U hfuse:w:0xff:m for instance. The same level of care should be applied when "burning bootloader" from Arduino (which basically sets fuses for frequency and clock source). You could always replace the MPU if you have to or jump to an HPV. It is of course a 13A. If you want to learn assembler for 8 bit AVR, this will test you. A lot of fun.
Well packaged and surprisingly good delivery time, considering Spring Festival (26 calendar days from order). Mostly, I use the ATTINY85 for my simple MCU controllers. I got this board to explore whether the ATTINY13 could be a suitable alternative. I'm still exploring so its too soon to recommend this item, apart from experimentation.
The Atiny13 development board arrived on schedule and works as described.
Arrived in good order
