This Portapack use WM8731 codec,so you need special version formware from BG7IYN,with the original firmware there where no sound.The preamplier of HackRF is very sensitive to statics,do not touch the metal telescopic antenna with hand,do not connect the device to external one with preamp on.Use it only when you have no other choise.Otherwise buy some of them and change it regulary,need hot air station and microscope to do it.The battery is 2.1AH and is good,charging is done for 2-4 hours,last one day.Very usefull firmware.Recomended for very experienced users!
