Excellent quality rubber and silicone. Although it is adjustable I'd prefer shorter min-max length. If you have similar glasses as in my photo you can cut off a small part of silicone (1in or 2,5 cm). I recommend it if you 'd like additionally to wear a surgical mask or a N95 mask etc
