This fan works fine on a 12v battery. The wire cover is lose and I would expect in time it will let humidity in. This will be a brushed motor so I be sealing the cover before use. The flow of air is good. Over all the build quality is good except for the loss cover.

It's a beast but man is it ear deafeningly loud, if very loud noise is the slightest issue avoid it completely otherwise yes its amazing powerful for its size
