the delivery was fast enough, about 5 days. it's my first 3d printer, first one was the cat precharged on the sd card. there were a little stringing wich i corrected for the next print, all other print were ok after this. overall priny quality is really stunning, everything was in the package, built was really easy. i'm really happy with this printer, i will further update this review in the near future.

très belle et imposante machine l assemblage se fait en moins d'une heure et elle a l air très silencieuse. reçu avec deux jours d avance trop content

Delivery received on time, the package was a little bit damaged. (pictures) However, since material is well protected by thick foam parts inside, everything seems ok. (until assembly and first test after christmas...)

The product arrived quickly but with problems. First of all a little scratch on the console from the transport, secound of all i had problems rotating de 2 motor knobs to rise the X axis, as the instruction says. Uppon further inspection i realised that the left motor shaft is bend all-toghether, making the X axis unmoveble. How i can resolv this ? I'll attach the photos to see what's going on. Another thing, almost all bolts were loose. Please answer quickly, i really can't wait to use the printer and in this state i can't even turn it on.
