Soldered together with different nixie tubes, works like a charm on 5.5 v usb. Very happy with it.

Nice little unit well made this is to renovate a nixie clock i built in 1970s , which I foolishly scrapped, the nixie tubes were used in a frequency counter now also scrapped, I do like the look of Nice tubes so the aim is to press the tubes back into service as most of the parts for the original clock are now obsolete (SN7490 etc i may try out a motion sensor to kill the display when no body is in the room , this should preserve the Nixie Tubes as they do not last for ever! I think if someone were to start making Nixie tube once more there would be a reasonable market for them, so looking forward to making this and building into a nice case.

just received, looks good, smaller than what I thought but will be more flexible for packaging when I finish the project. The one I received looks to run on 5Vdc only due to having just a small usb connector . I think an older picture shows with a coaxial type connector, still not an issue , would of cost a lot more if I started from scratch and did the board myself.

Very nice construction of PC board, I have many different types of Nixie tubes, will have to see which ones will be good for my project. Have not had time to build anything yet do to my recent hectic work schedule!
