After completing the 200 + LED Canton Tower Suite I need a easier kit to do. This kit was quite easy to do but i had difficulty bending the LED legs on the base and the top. I decided didn't fit the last four LEDs around each corner of the base just like the Canton Tower Suite kit these LEDs are getting annoying so I left them off. And here is my second sphere, better developed with experience having a beautiful form of sysmmetric lamp and always as pretty and surprising by the colors emitted by the LEDs. No LED burned, only one broken after folding. Very good quality of the components. of this KIT.

I downloaded the kit-manual from your shop page. Poorly the description does not support the kit I got. The picture are showing a pcb with 14 holes to wire the LED-layers. The kis description announces a kit with 8-9 LED-layers. I got a pcb with 11 holes to wire the LED-layers. The kit contents 158 LEDs, that is enough for 9 layers. (144 LEDs + 14 LEDs) Please let me know, to which holes I have to wire the LED-layers?

Recieved some updated version. There is no crystal, all connectors and controls are on same side. There are outputs for 11 layers (old version had 14). This is problem only in case if you want build some custom shape with more layers. There is not audio splitter, but you have audio output on the board. Problem is left and right channels are connected together. This kit supposed to be more difficult than canton tower. I believe it, because you have to bend LEDs to right shape. I was aiming more for sphere shape than balloon shape and I have something in between. I like it. My advice is don't solder first layer to board and solder all layers in the air. I believe this is easier. You have much more space to bend it to right shape. Also mount brass legs to acrylic template. First 2 layers are most difficult. LEDs are very bad quality. Sehr schöner Bausatz mit tollen Lichteffekten. Der Zusammenbau war sehr gut beschrieben und ließ sich problemlos nachvollziehen. Für kreative ist ebenso gut geeignet da sich auch anderen Formen herstellen lassen. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!
