This was my 1st balsa plane in a few decades. I think it would have been easier to get it uncovered because it would have been much easier to insert control rods, etc, The pushrods connecting the top and bottom ailerons were too short. The model comes with a mount for electric and gas motors. I use electric, and found the firewall is too thin to securely mount the motor and had to add additional plywood and use bolts. I also had to cut away a lot of the middle of the dummy motor because the electric motor protrudes through it. For electric flying, the battery can not be moved very far up and sits at around the cg point. I use up to a 2200 4S. Long (138mm) batteries will not fit. Fortunately there is a lot of space to add weight under the cowl. As far as flying, it is very difficult to get it to fly straight. I am experienced intermediate r/c pilot and had to rely on Safe select on my Spectrum receiver to fly it much of the time, which I never do. Very difficult to land, partly because it is very hard to line up and partly because it doesn't want to come down. It just floats like it's full of helium. At least it hits the ground slowly. Still it is a very good looking airplane on the ground and in the air, if you're up to the challenge.

Excellent kit , de bonne construction. Attention, pas pour un novice, il faut tout de même de l'expérience en construction .
