The extractors are hardly needed, because I found the anticlockwise drill often dislodge the bolt, and the drill seems designed to jam in the hole and extract the bolt or screw, but use at a very slow speed, fir this to work. The drills don't tend to spread the metal line extractors do. Sometimes a large extractor can make bolt grip tighter in the hole if too large a hole is drilled using ordinary HSS twist drill. Use the smallest you dare without fear of breakage. Heat up the area surrounding bolt with blowtorch first. Use lubricant. Ding centre of bolt with a centre-punch first. Every little helps.
