Bought as a stand alone trim router base. Not perfect but good. Quality control issue. Can be made better with some amendments. On the one I received all of the hex screws that secure the acrylic base are slightly proud. This causes issues when the base is moved over the edge of the work piece. Solution is to carefully open up the countersink in the acrylic. The diameter of the hole in the centre of the acrylic base appears to be designed to accept the standard 34.8mm guide bushes which adds to overall usability. With the adjustable base and the amendments to the acrylic base it's now a useful tool. If using for the same purpose be mindful of the size. Due to its ability to accept many routers it does make it a bit wider than most bases.
