You choose your Input voltage: DC18V or AC15V There are no instructions or schematic (Bang Good, Please take note: Folks will be more inclined to purchase if there were instructions and a schematic.) But is mostly easy to assemble The PC board is well marked with one exception: For the LEDs: put the Anode (long lead) in the square hole. I like it and recommend it.
