This a good watch with many sensors that track blood glucose, Uric acid and lipid profile, along with HRV, stress, Body composition, quick vitals check etc. This has continuous sensor monitoring feature, butu some of the data is calculated even when I do not wear the watch. The software app is not good. Very poor interface. This watch tracks data and extrapolates even when you do not wear the watch. That is a bummer. I do not know how accurate these sensors are. I check and compared the heart rate and steps sensors with Apple watch and Galaxy watch 8. They are almost close and rreasonable. The battery in this watch is 500 MAH. Since I check all sensors to track continuously, the battery lasts for about 1 day. I do not know the accuracy of Blood glucose and uric acid and lipid profile tracking data accuracy. This is not a medical grade device but a fun way to track blood glucose and other items. Mood, fatigue and stress tracking are interesting. They are mostly based on the heart rate. Overall a good but not a medical grade device.
