This was a birthday gift and it doesn’t even closely resemble the product depicted on the website in picture number one. I am currently in the process of sending this merchandise back to your company for a full refund. The bag I received today in NO way is the same product as the ones photographed. The product delivered is just plastic and looks like plastic. I am unable to upload photos to your site to demonstrate the difference, but rest assured I am totally disappointed with what has been supplied. It is just so cheap in appearance and if it was reflected as such in your photos , would not have been purchased in the first place. Packaged well and delivered quickly are your only redeeming qualities
