When it is used with SLA batteries it takes a few seconds (after first connection) to reach the right capacity value ... Very Satisfied ! Recommended !

Easy to set up, good measurement, but angle of view is not so good, especially in low light condition.

I had ordered one of these a few months back and incorporated it into a charger for a 12.6v/ 20 Ah SLA battery to be used as a back up source to charge my phones, power back up lighting, &c. During a power outage it kept me aware of the charge level of my battery so we could conserve power during the storm. It worked so well I decided to order 2 more; 1 to incorporate into a back up supply I built over a year ago and another to go into my next project. Btw, the display consumes 4.75 ma @ 12.6 volts. Better than I had expected given the back light glows continuously.

The device is a battery voltage indicator. Allows you to evaluate the current state, but do not think that the display shows the level of charging. I used to indicate battery voltage in UPS.

Works as shown. Easy to read and set up. The only problem is that the plastic display face is marred, but not enough to cause a problem.
