Took a little more days to come than it should. Went to a store to fill it. It needed 3,5KG of material. Seems it will hold... Let's hope it... I'm glad with the buy....

Proces and Shipping times incl. customer services are ridiculous. I received and email on sunday that my order was shipped. Strangely no track info was visible on monday, so i contacted the customer services through live chat. They states it could take up to 24 hours for the track info to be visible in my account. On Tuesday i checked my account and weirdly .... still no track info. So i contacted customer services through live chat again. They kept apologizing but they assured me that the track info will be available during the next 12 hours. On Wednesday still no news on the carrier nor the track info. You guessed it, customer services even tried to sell me to be patient just one more day and that with expedited shipping. So 3 days are gone, my order should be shipped but no one knows with which carrier nor wat the tracking info is. Does anyone get the feeling of being royally ****** If you like to be fooled and in no need of receiving great service and/or your order fast, you should choose BangGood. You'll get everything you hope/wish for and more :-D In my case ... i will never order here again! When a company mails you that the order is shipped and updates your order info in your account to shipped but doesn't know where your order is, which carrier they use and has no intend of finding that out, you know they aren't worth your money. Especially when you paid more for fast delivery such as expedited shipping.
