Pretty easy to use, material is good, stable and long lasting, not stretchable as it should be. There is no instructions manual in the package but at least it is available here.. Anyway it is rather straightforward. Great product especially nowadays when we are sat in front of a screen all day long.

I order an XL size. The Sizing chart on the webpage says: Size XL : Belt length 103: Suitable waist width 100 - 115cm. If the overall length of the belt is 103cm, and if an overlap of 6cm (times 2) is taken into account, the maximum size waist it will fit is 91cm. Therefore it couldn't possibly fit somebody with a waist size of 100 - 115cm. I measured my waist at 105cm, therefore the XL size should fit . I have included photographs showing the nd the belt and although The XXXXL size states: Belt length 112cm and that it fits waists from 130 - 145cm

It's not easy to wear it by oneself as the velcro fasteners always stick to something. According to the size guide, a Medium size (80 to 95 cm waist) should suit me but it turns out to be a bit too small. I recommend buying one size larger at least.
