While it does keep time if it's kept running, it really doesn't run for very long without being worn. I don't have any exact duration but it seems to be less than 24 hours, although it will definitely last overnight. Something like 10-20 hours. I tried an auto winder and it unfortunately eventually stopped running due to the inefficient auto winding mechanism in the watch.
