I was received the order but but not getting power on. Faulty product.

Set up was pretty easy, selected my satellite and did blind scan. Found all the stations ok. Sorting the stations was the usual PIA for such a STB. The SAT>IP does work once turn on. Not sure if it fully conforming to the SAT>IP standard as I have not got TVHeadend or Kodi to work with it yet but it does work with VLC. I was able use some UPnP tools to get the URL of a channel then used that ffmpeg to transcode and record on the fly with my server. Biggest fault is the SAT>IP stops

I'm disappointed with this box.. I'm unable to connect cccam even after giving correct input of test lines the status shows idel....kindly guide me banggood I'm a gegular customer that or yours.. No doubt it was delivered on time
