The calculator is powered by small button batteries and it will be interesting to see how long they last. There was no extra packaging and the calculator box was covered in sticky tape used to hold the items together and had gone all tacky.

it is working fine but the calculator display visibility is very poor and you see a lot of shadows unless you are looking it directly from above. from an angle which is the usual position when using a calculator the display is not readable. refer to the photos. the writing pad is fine, it is pressure sensitive, the more you press it the more intense the ink

The combination of calculator + small writing pad is a great idea indeed! Very practical. The writing pad offers very good resolution, I was pleasantly surprised. My only complaint is the rubber keys which are a bit hard to press (as is always the case with rubber keys) and can slow down the speed of use. Build quality is ok. Overall a very nice product at a great price.
