As described, well packed. Not professional - vibrates but is it "ultrasonic"? I doubt it . It took 30 days for banggood to ship, as item was surprisingly out of stock with no notice.

Well...not "ultrasonic" at all but with a quite strong mechanical vibration doing the job instead. It works and it's ok for the price.
