The only real problem I have had with this is that the power button is easy to press when the unit is in a bag or purse. It's a bit chunky, so some types of earrings cannot be worn with it (especially ones with small dangle parts that can catch in the fan slots), and it can feel a little cumbersome at times - but when it is on the relief is great. The fan is not too loud at any speed. I have had many friends comment on it with envy during hot stage rehearsals. It charges fairly quickly and the charge lasts well - I have used it up to 3-4 hours of continual use without any problem, and have not yet had cause to test it for any longer than that.
