It is good because effective. I had a serious neck pain and it helped to get from tragic state to only bad. Then I massaged with a manual massager and become from bad to not so bad. Why I didn't continue with the electric one. Because it shocked me. I don't say it is the fault of the machine, I need to learn how to use it (the problem was I tried to remove it while it was working). And I am sure with the app it will be better. I don't regret of buying, just feel a little fear when using it :)

Dopo un un mese di alterno funzionamento: quando partiva, il massaggio andava bene, ma il più delle volte non stabiliva il contatto con il telecomando, ora non funziona più ! Chiedo la sostituzione del jeeback.
