Nice and hefty. Handle is a cheap feeling plastic, but the thick blade goes all the way through (full tang). Easy to grip, good for opening packages. I wouldn't trust the retention of the sheath enough to wear it on my neck. Looks like it would do some damage. Extremely /r/mallninja. I like it
