I received the enclosure/adapter in 9 days and it is in good condition. With this adapter, you will be able to detect and update the SSD firmware using the Manufacture software, you don't need a Thunderbolt/USB4 enclosure. Even with a USB 2.0 port, you can detect and update the SSD firmware. Finally tested with iPhone 16 Pro Max, the speed is similar to other USB Enclosures. Note: For smartphones use WD-SN580, SkHynix-P31, Crucial-P3Plus, or similar Low power SSDs.
