Once I worked through the instructions, the PID controller and this Solid State relay worked extremely well. This controller is very flexible as to temperature sensor. I chose a PT100 RTD sensor, programmed the controller and it worked perfectly, stopped AND maintained the setpoint with only the P function being used. Very, very pleased with this product. All PID controllers are not the same and some sold here are FIXED for certain type thermocouples only etc. and cannot be changed. I recommend this programmable controller if you have a need to change sensors for whatever reason. Overall excellent product and well pleased! Thank You to the engineers that designed this product.
