On the criteria above the rating is 5. There should be another on on delivery. I expected it to take 4-5 weeks coming from China. What I didn't expect it to take so long after getting to USA.

This is quite a cheap product so I didn't expected nothing fancy, and it does seem to hold my tools, but overall the machining quality of the whole thing is quite bad, it looks bad, rushed toolmarks all over it etc. But it seems to hold, so I would rate it: works, good for the price.
