i was not expecting such a good quality for this price, there were also gloves and pump for training, i am very satisfied from this product, adjustable height from very low to very high, also base with water filled at least 12 kg + the suckers that stuck on the ground and it goes nowhere !!

Good product quality and easy mount. App is funny and had video training tutorials, overall I don't use it in most of my training sessions. Took 2 months by train to arrive to Spain but It arrived at expectation date. Globes are incluided.

Very poor quality, the bladder got a hole after 2 weeks of normal use which i fixed by myself by patching it but even the metal bar started deteriorating over time. It has a plastic base very fragile that a very close to where the punches are meant to land that also broke. Over and all it's too fragile for what it's meant to be.
