This seems to be a good mouse. The material feels solid and the design looks good. Thankfully you can turn the integrated fan as well as the rgb LED off; however, for a change, the LED actually has a useful purpose: it can indicate the DPI setting, and in that mode, it doesn't flicker, breathe or pulse so it's not distracting. The mouse is quite large; I have large hands and for me it's comfortable, but it took an hour or so of getting used to. It's not particularly heavy, though. I have doubts about the fan (maybe it'll be useful in high summer, but I don't think so; I don't expect it to be long lived anyway). Don't buy the mouse because of the fan; buy it in spite of it. :) I'm also slightly worried about the holes - while they feel good when using the mouse, maybe dust will accumulate inside. We'll see. My only non-speculative complaint is that the cable is a bit stiff and can cause the mouse to move if you're not holding it. Not a big deal. In case it matters to you, the device is a "30fa:1040 INSTANT USB GAMING MOUSE".
