covers and protects camera. Works perfectly on my Nikon D7100. Covers all the buttons on camera, so you have to know what each button does and how to use it without the case, since the buttons are now covered up, and what the buttons do is not clear on the silicone case.. but if you know your camera and are already familiar with the layout of the buttons, this will work fine and look really cool and protect your camera's body. Glad to find a product custom made for the Nikon D7100. Will not work for other models though.
