As usual, it arrived sooner than Banggood quoted (to UK). Lashed it up temporarily (100A clip-on version) to check it out before making a proper job of it and I'm impressed. Comparing the reported readings to my Smart Meter and some fairly expensive test gear reveals that it's well within it's quoted accuracy. I'm recording and graphing the output with FHEM and after about a week in it's temporary state I noticed that earlier that day the current and kWh readings had begun spiking every couple of minutes. I thought it was a dodgy connection so disconnected it to make a more permanent installation - until I walked into the kitchen and heard the Fridge/Freezer clicking every couple of minutes. The compressor motor had failed and the PZEM was recording the current spikes every time the Fridge tried to restart the compressor! The 0 to 100A clip-on version is ideal for the average UK house and has been accurate in our household from a few watts consumed by LED lamps up to kWs when the cooker, washing machine, iron, coffee maker and kettle are on. I bought it primarily to keep tabs on an upgraded Smart Meter I had to have installed and it's doing exactly what I needed.
