Great packaging and well made. Looking forward to putting the edges back on my kitchen knives.

I bought the three diamond stone upgrade set which work far better than the standard stones included in the kit they cut faster and leave a very sharp edge. After using this sharpener I hone the edge on a paper wheel which produces a scarily sharp blade. The knife clamp does not hold the blade very tightly which can cause an uneven edge as the knife rolls up and down or side to side but with a bit of practice one can work out how to hold the blade in the device without movement. mine came with a broken

Насчёт "профессиональная" - явно погорячились. Станина из пластика. Прижим лезвий ножа явно требует доработки. Да и точильные камни - достаточно быстро начинают "изнашиваться". Уже после десятка-полутора лезвий - выработка на них достигает миллиметра. Хотя, и для бытового использования
