When I first ordered this trailer it failed to arrive so a replacement was sent out. The trailer itself is very good value for money but there were parts missing. I watched a review of this trailer on YouTube and the trailer in the video had been supplied from Banggod so a video could be made. My trailer came with no lights or optional towing hitch or magnets to hold the ramps in place when not in use. I contacted Banggood about this and they said the would contact the supplier. I had mixed responses from Banggood either telling me the trailer didn't come with these parts or that they were really sorry for the items being missing and they offered me Banggood points in compensation. Some of the email replies were quite rude and unprofessional others were helpful. In the end I accepted the Banggood points as compensation but I was disgusted at the way I was told I was wrong and the trailer did not come with these parts but clearly it did because it was shown in the contents list and instructions and also in the review video on YouTube. Other than the missing parts and very poor customer services the trailer is good value for money.

it's very nice but mine came in broken and the metal bars for the wheels are all filled with rust on it. Looks like it took a beating and got wet.

Missing was the complete LED light kit, several nuts and bolts, optional height tow hitch. Axels came unpainted wrapped in plastic, and was full of rust. Several of the fasteners that did arrive, didnt match the inventory list. To date i have not received a response back from Banggood for my request to have them ship the replacement items to me. I was not asking for a refund, but only to have them ship my missing items. Not impressed with my very first Banggood order ($159.) Very unlikely I will reorder anything in the future.
