Mine did not come with axle hexes or axle pins. There is quite a bit of slop in the front and rear axles so you get play to the point where you may lose and axle pin (I lost two). The wheels and tires are incredibly bad. The rear bumper cannot be tightened down and is just loose all the time. However, the foundation of the truck is very good, very solid. The axles are beefy and heavy, the truck articulates very well, and it wasn't a challenge to get all the electronics mounted, though the motor mount screws did not fit my Fusion SE. The kit did come with a pinion gear, which is also nice. Would recommend, see my entire review on my YT channel @YARCWest
