There are a few things to take into consideration. The analyzer needs a significant amount of power due to the massive FPGA circuit. The USB port is important. Has to be on the computer board main USB ports, not additional ports like those in front of the computer case. The USB wire quality is also important. Great tool for the money, good quality build.I was using it on Windows 10, YABE, RS485 adapter. Have fun!
