I finally received the thermometer after several months of waiting. It was Centeergrade and had no instructions with it. I filed a report and then another came about a week later and it only had instructions in Chinese (?). The thermometer register reads Lo L. All of which does me no good. So I have 2 thermometers that I cannot use.

I am very displeased with your costumer service and your method of dealing with my complaints. I have used your company several times but now I will delete your app from my computer.
