These loafers are too small for my feet. I have already sent 2 emails on your internal email system asking for a return address for the ankle boots and have not been given a reply. I am now going to register a complaint with paypal. Unfortunately owing to any lack of reponse to my email I am not interested in protracted correspondence with yourselves and I want to be refunded for the goods which is a great shame as it has now made me extremely wary of dealing with non UK online transactions.
